This website is operated by Venom & Vine Exotics LLC (“Venom & Vine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Venom & Vine Exotics LLC. Venom & Vine Exotics LLC offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & SERVICES

  • 3D Printed & Custom Items: Many of our physical products, including articulated reptiles, marine life models, display pieces, keychains, and accessories, are custom manufactured using 3D printing technology (additive manufacturing). Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface variations, layer lines, or slight color gradient shifts inherent to multi-color filaments may occur and are considered part of the unique character of each piece.
  • Choking & Safety Hazard Warning: Our 3D-printed products—particularly articulated models with multiple small joints or components with glass eyes—contain small parts. They are designed as decorative items, collectibles, or novelty display pieces and are NOT TOYS. Keep all items out of reach of infants, toddlers, small children, and unrestrained pets due to potential choking or sharp-edge hazards.
  • Bioactive Vivarium & Naturalistic Supplies: Bioactive supplies, substrates, and enclosure accessories must be used strictly in accordance with product recommendations and safe animal husbandry practices. Venom & Vine Exotics LLC is not liable for improper use, accidental damage, or improper enclosure maintenance.
  • Accuracy of Display: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or mobile device's display of any color will be completely accurate.

SECTION 3 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & AUTHORIZED SELLER PARTNERSHIPS

  • Licensing & Sculptors: Venom & Vine Exotics LLC operates as an official, authorized commercial seller for digital sculptors and design studios (including Raki Box, Jopek Designs, and approved collaborators). All 3D model designs, digital files, and physical reproductions remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.
  • No Unlawful Reproduction: Purchasing a physical 3D print from Venom & Vine Exotics LLC does NOT grant the buyer any right or license to scan, mold, cast, reverse-engineer, duplicate, or digitally redistribute the design or product.
  • Website Content: All original site branding, graphics, custom sticker artwork, text, photography, blog posts, and media on this store are the exclusive property of Venom & Vine Exotics LLC and protected by applicable copyright laws.

SECTION 4 - CONSERVATION PLEDGE

Venom & Vine Exotics LLC proudly pledges 10% of sales from reptile-themed products to the Amphibian and Reptile Conservancy (ARC) and 10% of sales from ocean/sea-life themed products to the PADI AWARE Foundation.

  • Pledges are calculated based on qualifying net product sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and applied promotional discounts).
  • Charitable donations are managed directly by Venom & Vine Exotics LLC and do not grant buyers direct charitable tax deductions or tax receipts.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES, PROMOTIONS & SERVICE

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • Promotional codes (e.g., promotional checkout discounts or gift offers) must be entered at checkout to be redeemed. Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and are non-transferable and subject to expiration dates.
  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
